Creating GIS expert applications has never been so easy

Do you need a specific GIS application and perhaps already have concrete ideas of what it should entail? Is it your goal to implement GIS applications quickly and efficiently in ArcGIS? Is the result intended to provide optimal support to subsequent users, offering clear interfaces and automated processes that require the least number of mouse clicks? Have you already created your own data model and would now like to design an expert solution based on it?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then the GEOCOM Developer Network (GDN) is for you.

GDN is an open platform for information exchange between users offering a forum, a knowledge base with comprehensive documentation available for download, and a collection of software tools to configure GEONIS. This is the GEOCOM framework, based on the ArcGIS product family of ESRI.

Anyone who develops their own GIS specialist applications or wants to familiarize themselves with the comprehensive options of GEONIS will profit from an annual subscription.
GDN provides data modelling and configuration functions: thematic data masks, menu settings, complex reports, and analyses can all be generated quite easily, both for ArcGIS desktop solutions, as well as for server-based Internet/Intranet solutions.
This is a true efficiency enhancement, keeping with the motto: "Do it once, use it many times".

There is already a big GDN-Fan-Community (TechDay 2009 on the Gurten):
